Black Umfolosi Live in Concert: Saturday, November 8, at 7:30 p.m.; IRSA invites you to experience Black Umfolosi, Zimbabwe’s world-renowned ambassadors of song and dance. Formed in 1982, this acclaimed group blends rich a cappella harmonies, rhythmic percussion, and traditional African dance, including the famous gumboot dances from Southern Africa’s mining regions.
Take Our Kids To Work Day: SOLD OUT; Step into the world of work and discover what your future could look like! This full-day event gives Grade 9 students the chance to explore different careers through interactive workshops and engaging presentations. Hear from guest speakers, including Etta Esler from Skills Canada PEI, and learn what a typical day looks like in various professions.
Financial Literacy 101: SOLD OUT; Join IRSA PEI for an engaging and practical Financial Literacy Session, designed specifically with newcomers in mind. In this interactive session, we will work together with a financial advisor who understands the newcomer experience to create personalized budgets, discuss realistic financial goals and build your path toward financial confidence
