Please fill out and submit this registration form if you are a newcomer to Canada settling in the province of Prince Edward Island and are not yet registered with IRSA.

The form must be filled out and submitted for each family member individually. If registering a family, begin with the Principal Applicant. Principal Applicant is the family member who is considered the main applicant in a family's immigration process. If you immigrated alone, you are considered the principal applicant.

The information you enter must match the information in the registrant's immigration documents.

  • Other agencies or organizations providing services to PEI residents, as needed

Ce formulaire d'inscription est destiné aux nouveaux immigrants au Canada qui s'installent dans la province de l'Île-du-Prince-Édouard, qui souhaitent recevoir des services de l'Association des services aux immigrants et aux réfugiés de l'Î.-P.-É. (ASIR) et qui ne sont pas encore inscrits comme clients de l'ASIR.

Important :

Le demandeur principal (Principal Applicant) est le membre de la famille qui est considéré comme le demandeur principal dans le processus d'immigration d'une famille. Si vous avez immigré seul, vous êtes considéré comme demandeur principal.

Si vous inscrivez une famille, commencez par le demandeur principal, puis remplissez le formulaire pour chaque membre de la famille supplémentaire.

Les informations que vous saisissez doivent correspondre aux informations contenues dans les documents d'immigration du déclarant.
