We are looking for expressions of interest
Immigrant & Refugee Services Association PEI is seeking expressions of interest from people who would like to serve on the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors provides governance and financial oversight for the operations of the Association and, with advice from the Executive Director, develops appropriate policies.
The commitment for each Director is a monthly meeting from September to June. Meetings are usually held on the second Tuesday of each of those months from 5:30 to 7:00 PM. Depending on current conditions, some meetings are held online. Occasionally, there is committee work that involves additional meetings. The term of office is three years with a possibility for re-election for two successive terms.
