Canadian Life Skills program

The Canadian Life Skills program aims to provide newly arrived refugees with guidance and support as they adjust to life in Canada. The program is delivered within the first 12 weeks of arrival.

Topics vary depending on the specific needs of clients and may include hygiene, apartment living, parenting norms in Canada, or public transportation.

Program workshops

The Canadian Life Skills program also offers a series of workshops on a wide variety of topics open to all newcomers, regardless of their immigration category.

For a schedule of these workshops, please contact the Canadian Life Skills worker.
